My work is grounded in a multicultural, nonjudgmental, and anti-oppressive philosophy, meaning that I learn about your needs from within the context of your environment, your relationship to yourself and others, your early years, and your family life.

I use an integrative approach and draw from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Dreamwork, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
